It looks like it is the first time when Google makes a decision that makes independent developers angry but it comes in a moment when the company needs their support more than ever. Google announced that it will release the latest Android Software Developers Kit to the winners of the Android Developers Challenge only. The company also said that all Android developers will eventually have access to the SDK but only after it has been tested and the company received feedback from the persons that will get to come in contact with it. The move as Google sees it might ensure that the first devices that will run the operating system will come with some useful and well developed applications. The company thinks that this would play a very important role in forming the perception that people will have about this OS. Some people have already rushed to accuse Google of violating one of the core principles of open source projects and that is the ability to let every developer discover w! hich line of code is faulty and then try to fix that problem or at least make it public and let others do the job. Some of the angry developers have already announced that they are considering to shift their products to other platforms like Symbian or iPhone.
